He neither begets nor is begotten.
This means He has no children and is not the child of anyone. The Book repeatedly mentions people who ascribed children to Allah from Angels, Sprites, or mankind. Adhikr, especially this Surah, was revealed to correct concepts about Allah. The Fujjar among the people of the Prophet, who inherited the Book, should rectify false beliefs by conveying Adhikr, but they rejected It. Their concepts are more deviant than others. Though they do not explicitly claim Allah has children, they associate others through intercessors. Hypocritical human-satans will enter Hell without trial, while their blind followers will enter after trial. See explanation 1: 7; 2: 254; and 9: 30–31. After the appearance of Antichrist, Allah will send Jesus again to clarify Allah, as Adhikr submits, and the command of punishment will be executed as explained in verses 4: 90-91.
